Signals are grouped by source:

- Official: ONPE, JNE, JEE, RENIEC, Defensoria.
- Polls: public poll releases and public media reporting.
- Markets: public prediction-market prices.
- Media: serious public national and regiónal reporting.
- Inteligencia pública: public leads that still require verification.

Integrity claims are treated as:

- Rojo: official, observer, or reproducible acta-level material issue.
- Ámbar: credible and specific, but pending verification.
- Gris: viral, screenshot-only, anonymous, or opinion. Not published as fact.
